What to Wear

What to Wear

The whole weekend is elegant and festive— sharp suits, chic dresses, and polished jumpsuits.
Not black tie, but stylish and sophisticated.

Mexico City in February is warm by day (around 75°F) and cool at night (around 50°F).
Pack layers to move easily between day and evening.

Friday – Rehearsal Dinner / Welcome Party
Formal attire: cocktail or long dresses, suit jackets (no ties required), or coordinated sets.

Saturday – Wedding Day
Formal attire: Suits and ties, elegant dresses with room for personality in colors and accessories

Ceremony at Parque Quetzalcoatl — mostly grass fields with some stone paths. Wear block heels, wedges, or flats.
Reception at Lago Algo — a contemporary museum. You can change into sleeker shoes if you’d like.
Bring a wrap or jacket for the evening as there is an outdoor patio overlooking the water!

Style Notes

  • No jeans, shorts, or casual wear at main events please!

  • Mexico City loves bold colors and prints, we want you to go for it!!!

  • Choose shoes that are comfortable for grass, pathways, and of course dancing!
